Support Request Email Address: Single User License
Can multiple users request support under the same account?
For security and privacy reasons we will only accept support requests from the email address specified in the account, under the My Account tab. Pursuant to our Privacy and Security policy, we will not accept support requests or respond to any email address other than the one specified for your account.
It is a violation of our Terms of Service to share your password with multiple users and have multiple users logging into your account. Violation of our Terms of Service may result in the immediate termination of your license.
What about multiple users? I'd like to have more that one person access to creating and distributing surveys for my company.
By default all the licenses are Single User Only - Sharing usernames and passwords is a violation of the single-seat license. If you need a multiple user license:
- Multi-User License Option is available with Advance and above licenses.
- All the tools/options, as well as data/survey sharing between accounts, are available.
Advantages include the ability to copy and share surveys between account, share results as well as a unified billing process.
