Login Details and Registered Devices
QuestionPro accounts are meant for single person use only. If you wish to collaborate, we do ofer team plans. With all plans however, each account is still a single use account. For safety and security of your account, we provide you easy access to devices used for logging into QuestionPro.
Where can I access my login session & device details?
- To access the login session & device details, simply click on your license name which is present on the bottom left corner of your account:
- This will open up the Account Activity pop-up. In the pop-up, under Sessions tab, you can see all the active login sessions for your account.
- In the pop-up, you can switch to the Login tab to view all historic logins for your account.
- In the pop-up, under Devices tab, you will see the last 2 devices used to access your account.
We allow 2 devices to be used to log in to QuestionPro. If you wish to use a new device, you will be asked for two-factor authentication. Please see the detailed article linked below.
What is a registered device?
When you log in to your QuestionPro account, we add your device as a registered device. A registered device is combination of your device and browser. We use cookies to register a device. If you clear cookies, and log in again, your device will again be registered as a new device. If you use a different browser on the same physical device, it will be considered as a separate device.
