Buy credits
QuestionPro allows you to buy credits which can be utilized for distributing surveys via SMS and to generate sentiment analysis report. The value of 1 credit is $1.
How do I add credits?
To add credits:
- Go to: Login » Surveys » Usage Dashboard.
- Click on the credits tab. Here, you will see available credits and view logs of sent SMS. If you want to buy more credits then click on the buy credits button.
- A pop-up will appear to add credits. You need to enter the details of your credit card.
- Click on confirm to make the payment.
How do I add credits just before distributing the survey via SMS?
In case you are on the distribute tab to send your survey via SMS and you find that you do not have enough credits. To buy more credits:
- Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Distribute » Email » Compose.
- Switch on SMS toggle. The available credits can be seen here based on which you can decide if you need more credits to send SMS invitations. To add more credits click on buy more. A pop-up will appear where you can make payment by entering your credit card details.
