Grimmwald is a town in Temeria, located next to unnamed snowy mountains, and near Crane Meadow.[1]

History[]

Construction[]

Built sometime in the 13th century by the miner Karl Grimm, who had gotten rich off the copper mine he opened there, his family owned most of Grimmwald's properties; the mine, the inn, the stables, and a large manor on the hill. Eventually the ore ran dry, which led to a suffocation of the family income, and Karl choosing to sell his remaining assets, including the town, to continue his lavish life. Soon after, Karl died, without money or family around him.

His older son, Kurt, was angry his father had sold off the town to the Hogge sisters, and told the townsfolk they had bought it for pennies to destroy it, and then promised them he would buy back his father's town one day. He left the town with Kopek, and began thieving and murdering in a gang, though the younger brother quickly returned to work for the Hogge's as an innkeeper and servant for them.[1]
