I don't mean to ruin your hopes, but you don't seem to understand how canon works, especially now the former Expanded Universe has been set aside... If your story was an official product specifically and legally approved by Lucasfilm Ltd., yes, you could write articles about it. However, that most probably won't happen, for Lucasfilm does not accept proactive candidacies and normally recruits professional authors.
