Welcome, Supreme Commander Raxus![]

Hello, Supreme Commander Raxus, and welcome to Wookieepedia! We hope you like the place and choose to join us in building the best Star Wars encyclopedia there is. Here are some things you should know:

Wookiees-Transparent

New to wikis? Don't worry, we were all new once. Our help pages will get you started, and the Jundland Wastes sandbox can be used for test edits. Don't be afraid to make mistakes—be bold!

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wookieepedian! If you have any questions, you can consult our FAQ, ask a question in the Senate Hall forum, visit our official IRC channel, or leave me a message on my talk page.
May the Force be with you! —Omicron(Leave a message at the BEEP!) 14:18, November 2, 2018 (UTC)

References[]

Hi there! I noticed on a couple of your edits when you placed the source, you didn't do it quite right. Instead of what you want to do is for the FIRST time a source is used in an article and for the all subsequent uses you'd do . The full policy page that explains how to do references is here. Don't sweat it—it takes a lot of time to get the hang of things and you learn best by DOING it (also by reading and rereading also the help pages and policies til your head hurts :P true story!). I'm pretty new and still learning myself hahaha.

Thought i'd point that out cos I wouldn't want a your edits to get reverted when the information added is good and accurate and makes the article better just cause the reference doesn't show right or something. I think it's AWESOME that you're expanding some of the Aftermath articles! Just keep doing what you're doing and don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it cos admins and more experienced users are generally really nice and happy to give pointers. Toqgers (talk) 00:55, November 9, 2018 (UTC)

Ok, Thanks for letting me know. May the force be with you, Thanks again. Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 13:47, November 9, 2018 (UTC)User:SupremeCommanderRaxus

  • Please take note of this, you're still not referencing entirely correctly and Toqgers showed you how to do it --Lewisr (talk) 16:24, February 14, 2019 (UTC)

RE:Inferno Squad[]

You're welcome. We all make mistakes early on, so just try to learn from them and you'll be fine! Fan26 (Talk) 14:18, November 15, 2018 (UTC)

Jonda Jae-Talwar[]

Rax is hardly a master to her, better to say she was affiliated with the Empire unknowingly as an assassin or something --Lewisr (talk) 16:07, November 19, 2018 (UTC)

  • Thanks for understanding, I agree with what you said, Next time, please just come to my talk page so we can sort out the problem. May the Force be with you, Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 16:11, November 19, 2018 (UTC)User:SupremeCommanderRaxus
  • I'm not so sure, just because they were assassins who worked for him doesn't really make them his apprentice. Or if we did add them we'd have to add that for every single occasion where someone worked as an assassin for someone else, e.g. Jango being hired by Nute Gunray to assassinate Padme --Lewisr (talk) 16:41, November 19, 2018 (UTC)
  • I think its worth it though, But I would suspect you and many others would disagree, but think about how many edits you can get. Lolz... 216.56.8.71 17:10, November 19, 2018 (UTC)User:SupremeCommanderRaxus
  • As long as its mentioned in the actual article then it should be okay, but if you really want to add them go ahead and then see if anyone removes them --Lewisr (talk) 17:13, November 19, 2018 (UTC)

Kosh[]

Kosh was a Prefect, not a Prelate! And even if he was, that doesn't automatically mean he's a member of the Ruling Council --Lewisr (talk) 01:16, December 1, 2018 (UTC)

  • Ok, my bad. I got both of them mixed up in my head. D: Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 01:17, December 1, 2018 (UTC)User:SupremeCommanderRaxus
    • No worries! It happens to us all so don't worry :P --Lewisr (talk) 01:19, December 1, 2018 (UTC)

Ormes Apolin[]

The only senators confirmed to be aligned with the First Order are Carise Sindian and Erudo Ro-Kiintor, you might have been thinking about Ro-Kiintor --Lewisr (talk) 16:31, December 7, 2018 (UTC)

  • Yep... My bad. May the Force be with you, Lewisr. Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 16:33, December 7, 2018 (UTC)User:SupremeCommanderRaxus

Unknown Regions[]

Right but the referencing was changed and messed up for no real reason. You also added that Csilla was in the Unknown Regions and the home planet of the Chiss and sourced it to the Thrawn novel when neither of those things is ever said in the book. You were also sourcing the Ilum system, the Deep, Rakata Prime and Tehar being in the Unknown Regions to the Children from Tehar episode when only Tehar is mentioned in that episode. If you leave me to do it, I can change it up a bit --Lewisr (talk) 19:33, December 20, 2018 (UTC)

  • Okay, So I messed up my sourcing. It feels like a Monday all over again. Sorry. Anyways, I still think we need to add in a new section for Unknown Regions... for "Species in the Regions" or something like that. We have a few alien species in the Regions. Possibly add that in? Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 19:36, December 20, 2018 (UTC)User:SupremeCommanderRaxus
    • No worries it happens to us all, just be careful in the future please! How many species in canon are there from the Unknown Regions? --Lewisr (talk) 20:02, December 20, 2018 (UTC)
  • So far, Chiss, Human, Darshi, Grsky-whatever they are called ... lol.. Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 21:23, December 20, 2018 (UTC)User:SupremeCommanderRaxus
    • Well only the Chiss and Grysk really, I'm not sure a paragraph is really needed for 2 species, best to just include it when the information is eventually updated onto the page --Lewisr (talk) 21:26, December 20, 2018 (UTC)

Talk pages[]

Hello, when writing in talk pages please make sure you don't remove previous messages like you did here but I assume it was just a mistake so no harm done --Lewisr (talk) 16:20, January 2, 2019 (UTC)

  • Thats weird, I didn't remove any messages when I sent my message. Well, thanks for telling me. Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 16:23, January 2, 2019 (UTC)User:SupremeCommanderRaxus
    • No worries, sometimes things just happen and you don't even realise its happened. Something kind of similar happened to me the other day and I didn't even notice until after --Lewisr (talk) 16:26, January 2, 2019 (UTC)

Skirmish on Batuu[]

Maybe it could go on that page, there's no page for it currently --Lewisr (talk) 16:53, January 8, 2019 (UTC)

Imperial Military[]

Probably not, because we use that for where things have been deployed etc, if we start putting things in locations that infobox will be ridiculously big so its best to leave it out --Lewisr (talk) 16:07, January 9, 2019 (UTC)

  • I'd say the first one because I know the most about that one, there isn't all too much about DS2 in canon so far so hard to pick that over DS1, you? --Lewisr (talk) 16:12, January 9, 2019 (UTC)
    • Fair enough, I see what you mean! Hmm maybe one day we'll a book like that, we just have to see what the future holds --Lewisr (talk) 16:24, January 9, 2019 (UTC)
      • Indeed! Lets hope it all delivers --Lewisr (talk) 16:36, January 9, 2019 (UTC)
        • I guess that's what Thrawn will have to decide between doing in the book, whether he helps his people or stays with the Empire --Lewisr (talk) 16:42, January 9, 2019 (UTC)
          • Seems like that's partly why the book is named Treason, either way he's basically committing treason to one side if he chooses one over the other. Yes I imagine with Eli being in the book we'll get more about the Unknown Regions, seens as he's coming back from that exact area. I doubt Sheev will send Thrawn on missions there because don't forget that this book has to end before he goes back to Lothal and we know how that ends --Lewisr (talk) 16:54, January 9, 2019 (UTC)
            • Filoni probably gets first dibs on telling the story of what happens to them so chances are we won't get a book on it anytime soon. But I suspect that Thrawn and Ezra will probably go back to the Chiss Ascendancy to help them in whatever they're doing, I can't really see much happening between Thrawn and the Empire post rebels --Lewisr (talk) 17:23, January 9, 2019 (UTC)
              • Where was that stated? I don't recall Zahn saying that --Lewisr (talk) 19:56, January 9, 2019 (UTC)

Grand Admiral[]

No she was a Grand Admiral even in the First Order, 'Brendol has been preparing for a big meeting with Grand Admiral Rae Sloane and the other leaders of the First Order—well, the first set of leaders.' --Lewisr (talk) 16:57, January 14, 2019 (UTC)

  • Ah no worries, I understand! I haven't finished that one just yet, still need to go back finish it --Lewisr (talk) 17:03, January 14, 2019 (UTC)

Chiss Ships[]

Chiss shuttle exists. I guess the other could be made --Lewisr (talk) 19:27, January 14, 2019 (UTC)

Images[]

While all good-faith contributions to Wookieepedia are appreciated, we ask that you please refer to Wookieepedia:Images, which can be found under the "other policies and guidelines" link in your welcome message, and familiarize yourself with the sourcing and licensing requirements before uploading any more images. The only uploading method supported by Wookieepedia, Special:Upload, will prompt you to enter this information. Wikia's non-standard upload forms are not supported under Wookieepedia policy, and ignorance of the uploading rules is not an acceptable excuse. Continued violation of the image policy or falsification of any information in an upload description are considered vandalism and will likely result in a block. Thank you. Tommy Imperial Emblem Macaroni 20:40, January 17, 2019 (UTC)

  • Please use the real sources for your uploads, falsifying the source can lead you to a block. Those although they were made as promo for the game, they can be found in-game so they can't be sourced to it, also please fill the categories and description, failing to do will most likely lead to the deletion of that image.--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 21:16, January 17, 2019 (UTC)
    • Thank you to Ruiz and Lewis for helping out with this. Yes, you absolutely need to fill out the source parameter on the upload form or the image will be deleted. If you continue to upload unsourced images, it isn't unreasonable to expect a short block. Furthermore, the source must be accurate. For the officer image, Ruiz is right, and Battlefront II isn't a valid source. Same for the Thrawn cover. Look how File:Thrawn Alliances Anakin art.png cites a website for its image because the exact image isn't from the book. That's what you need to be doing. Tommy Imperial Emblem Macaroni 21:41, January 17, 2019 (UTC)
  • Please consider this your final warning for uploading images without a source. You have been amply warned for this already, so I'm not going to add anything other than to say that you will be issued a block if this happens again. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 18:51, October 2, 2019 (UTC)

Command Ship[]

Because the book doesn't outright say its the command ship of Rax, the book doesn't even mention Rax --Lewisr (talk) 16:30, February 4, 2019 (UTC)

Adelhard[]

The stormtrooper only mentions Adelhard, 'this is governor Adelhard's fault. He should have put down the uprising as soon as it began.' Thats not really a reference to his Imperial remnant --Lewisr (talk) 16:12, February 5, 2019 (UTC)

Torpedo Sphere[]

My guess its probably the Rebel Files considering its the only source its mentioned in --Lewisr (talk) 16:59, February 6, 2019 (UTC)

Formerly[]

Because everything in Star Wars happened 'a long time ago' its unnecessary to add formerly to pages --Lewisr (talk) 15:55, February 14, 2019 (UTC)

  • No worries its fine!--Lewisr (talk) 16:03, February 14, 2019 (UTC)

Space Stations[]

As long as you source all your additions then I don't see why it couldn't be added to the page, sometimes messages just get missed so always feel free to message a user on their talk page if a question you have goes unanswered for any reason --Lewisr (talk) 16:03, February 14, 2019 (UTC)

Climate Disruption Array[]

The starfleet might deploy it but I don't think its really necessary to put it as affiliated with the navy, it's just affiliated with the Empire, not doubting the source just the necessity really --Lewisr (talk) 15:43, February 15, 2019 (UTC)

    • Fair enough, its good that you're expanding pages, thanks! --Lewisr (talk) 15:50, February 15, 2019 (UTC)

Quote[]

What you need to do is add the template and fill it out like this What the quote is, I hope that makes sense? Let me know if not --Lewisr (talk) 15:41, February 19, 2019 (UTC)

  • Done, though there are probably better quotes to actually do with the satellites, especially in Battlefront 2 --Lewisr (talk) 15:56, February 19, 2019 (UTC)
    • Not sure off the top of my head, I'll have to take a look again later or something, but something from the Fondor shipyards mission or the first Vardos mission if you have any access to the game (or maybe look on youtube for clips) --Lewisr (talk) 16:03, February 19, 2019 (UTC)
      • No worries if you can't, I'll take a look later on and see what I can find if needs be --Lewisr (talk) 16:12, February 19, 2019 (UTC)

Research Station 9[]

Probably not, its not really a confirmed canon event because its just part of the online game so I wouldn't add it --Lewisr (talk) 16:26, February 19, 2019 (UTC)

New Section[]

Maybe a legacy section would be more appropriate than aftermath, since its 30 years down the line --Lewisr (talk) 17:11, February 19, 2019 (UTC)

MOC[]

Sidious created MOC but that doesn't really make him his apprentice, its not the same kind of thing as Vader/Sidious for example --Lewisr (talk) 19:01, February 21, 2019 (UTC)

Mandalorian Civil War (Imperial Era)[]

Sorry I was busy doing something else, I wasn't ignoring your other message and was going to answer afterwards. I'm not sure really that Thrawn really is a commander of the war, telling someone to do something doesn't necessarily make you a commander in something. With the Contingency I think Palpatine is fair to add as its basically his entire plan and he's directly involved in in. Though if you disagree feel free to add it. Hmm I'm not too sure, I'd like to Vader lead it because I'd like to see how he handles the responsibility and how the galaxy would respond to this kind of situation, what about you? --Lewisr (talk) 15:57, February 25, 2019 (UTC)

  • Yeah Thrawn is a good choice, I think he'd command more respect than Vader, though in reality I think it'd be Rax who takes over because the Contingency would come into affect --Lewisr (talk) 16:06, February 25, 2019 (UTC)
    • Yes good point! It does make you wonder how Vader/Tarkin/Thrawn etc would react to the this and what side they'd be on, or whether part of the contingency is to bring any of them down. It sucks we will never get to see how something like that would pan out --Lewisr (talk) 16:12, February 25, 2019 (UTC)
      • Tarkin and Vader almost certainly yes, Thrawn is a difficult one because we don't know his true intentions, I guess Thrawn: Treason might give us some answers into this. Super excited for it, July can't get here soon enough --Lewisr (talk) 16:27, February 25, 2019 (UTC)
        • Lets just hope the next 5 months fly by! At least we have Queen's Shadow, Master & Apprentice and Alphabet Squadron (novel) to take up the time in the meanwhile --Lewisr (talk) 16:35, February 25, 2019 (UTC)
          • Yes they should hopefully all be good! Queen's Shadow is how she became Senator, though I suppose we'll probably find out how she became queen too so we'll have to see when that comes out next week --Lewisr (talk) 16:43, February 25, 2019 (UTC)
            • For sure yes, with the canon reset Grievous' background was lost and its a shame but hopefully one day we will get some info on his life before he became a cyborg. One day I'm sure we will get it --Lewisr (talk) 16:48, February 25, 2019 (UTC)
  • Tarkin is a great book, I hope you can finish it because its a really good story for his character, hoping for something similar for Dooku or something --Lewisr (talk) 16:59, February 25, 2019 (UTC)
    • The films don't really do Dooku justice imo. I'm sure one day we will get a story about Palpatine before the prequels, probably his apprenticeship under Plagueis and his rise to power, though there's a bit in the Tarkin novel. I haven't read them but I have listened to the audiobooks but that was a while ago, have you read it? --Lewisr (talk) 17:10, February 25, 2019 (UTC)
      • What do you think of it? --Lewisr (talk) 17:21, February 25, 2019 (UTC)
        • Glad you're enjoying it! It's a really good book, let me know when you're finished with it and your overall thoughts! No need to apologise, I understand completely --Lewisr (talk) 14:18, February 26, 2019 (UTC)

Climate Disruption Array[]

Hey! I'm not quite sure what you mean, can you give me an example of what you mean from another page? --Lewisr (talk) 16:06, February 26, 2019 (UTC)

  • Okay thank you, I thought it was that but wanted to be certain! I'll just make it now and then add it to the page --Lewisr (talk) 16:21, February 26, 2019 (UTC)
    • No worries! It's done --Lewisr (talk) 16:27, February 26, 2019 (UTC)
      • It does yes! Thanks for expanding it, its appreciated --Lewisr (talk) 16:35, February 26, 2019 (UTC)
        • Good luck with it! Let me know if you need any help or anything, not too knowledgeable about it but will help if I can/needed --Lewisr (talk) 16:41, February 26, 2019 (UTC)

RE:Climate Disruption Arrays[]

Hey, I removed it because its multiplayer based, and based off of tweets from months ago by Leland Chee, multiplayer settings in-game shouldn't really be considered to be in canon continuity. For example, the Naboo Galactic Assault map has a droid invasion on the palace of Theed with clones defending it. This does not occur in canon and its only multiplayer. The same applies to the Endor Galactic Assault map. Its entirely for multiplayer, so that type of information isn't really suited for the article, and the template for gameplay alternatives is when there is the gray area of options in a story mode for canon, not multiplayer. I kept the information that a hologram of the CDA was in Research Station 9 since it is part of the setting and the setting exists in canon. Let me know what you think, thanks!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 17:40, February 26, 2019 (UTC)

And I reverted your edit, because text was all messed up, and because it had already been reverted previously. 01miki10 Open comlink 17:56, February 26, 2019 (UTC)

Tam Polsa[]

Because he has been resurrected by the Force in later issues so he isn't dead --Lewisr (talk) 19:27, February 27, 2019 (UTC)

  • I guess yeah --Lewisr (talk) 19:40, February 27, 2019 (UTC)

RE:Fondor Station[]

Hey, no worries! I messed that up too in the past, MTFBWY--Vitus InfinitusTalk 15:34, March 5, 2019 (UTC)

Sentinel Droid[]

The Sentinel droid that appears in Vision of the Future must be a different series or model than the ones from the Old Republic era. Check the Sentinel page to see what I mean. --Rakhsh (talk) 17:31, March 8, 2019 (UTC)

SUCKS[]

Hey, thanks for going after that IP. In the future, it would be a good idea to use for vandalism warnings. Fan26 (Talk) 15:04, March 14, 2019 (UTC)

  • And also with you. Fan26 (Talk) 15:52, March 14, 2019 (UTC)

TOR[]

You mean what media for the Old republic era, or specifically TOR. Fan26 (Talk) 18:06, March 14, 2019 (UTC)

  • Well, most of that would be hard to find. The original Tales of the Jedi comics are from the late ninties, so it'd be damn near impossible to find an issue just in a store somewhere. The KOTOR comics are from the late aughts, so maybe you can find some? There were a few comics released about eight-ten years ago for TOR, but I think they're online or something. A few novels were released for TOR, but without having played either KOTOR game (the first is aviailbe at least for IoS on the app store, and both are downloadable for apple desktops. Might be able to find them on steam as well) or TOR itself (free to register, but most post-launch content is restricted to anyone who doesn't buy a subscription). Fan26 (Talk) 18:14, March 14, 2019 (UTC)
    • Yeah, you're welcome. Fan26 (Talk) 18:24, March 14, 2019 (UTC)
      • Eh. I'm more interested in just keeping the articles clean. Fan26 (Talk) 19:27, March 14, 2019 (UTC)

Queluhan Nebula Imperial Remnant Quote[]

Done! --Lewisr (talk) 14:49, March 18, 2019 (UTC)

Climate Disruption Array Quote[]

I added the quote to the top of the page and moved the other down to the history section --Lewisr (talk) 15:04, March 18, 2019 (UTC)

Images[]

Hi, I've seen this as a common practice among users, images should be added if they're needed. Small articles like the Ore crawler and many other don't need more images unless they're expanded first, the reason is that large images and those 120-150px small images look really bad--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 21:05, March 18, 2019 (UTC)

Questions[]

Hey, you can find the Senate Hall here. To answer your second question, sorry but I know of no wiki that is dedicated to the Empire, though I guess its possible there is one out there --Lewisr (talk) 13:54, March 20, 2019 (UTC)

  • No worries, a what sorry? --Lewisr (talk) 13:58, March 20, 2019 (UTC)
    • Ah I see! Well don't give up hope before you even started, it might work! --Lewisr (talk) 14:04, March 20, 2019 (UTC)
      • Exactly! Well good luck with it :) --Lewisr (talk) 14:13, March 20, 2019 (UTC)

Tense[]

Please remember to write in the correct tense. Things should be wrote in the past tense as it happened 'a long time ago' --Lewisr (talk) 14:09, March 25, 2019 (UTC)

  • No harm done its all good --Lewisr (talk) 14:23, March 25, 2019 (UTC)

Speculation & Theories About The Grysk[]

Hey. I think its pretty unlikely they'd appear in episode 9, maybe they could appear in a film in the future but in the last Skywalker saga film it doesn't seem a good idea to bring them in, what do you think? --Lewisr (talk) 16:23, March 25, 2019 (UTC)

  • Yes I think its a bit late to add them into the mix when the main thing should the First Order Resistance conflict. I am sure that one day we will get an image of what they look like! I can't see them coming back in Treason but Timothy Zahn already said he wanted to explore them more so its a good chance they'll be in something else --Lewisr (talk) 17:14, March 25, 2019 (UTC)
    • I guess it was the intention. Uhh I wouldn't think they'd appear in his films, but I guess anything is possible until we know what it is. I have read (well listened to the audiobook of it) but a that was a few years ago. Maybe Zahn will recanonise them at some point --Lewisr (talk) 18:24, March 25, 2019 (UTC)
      • Yes in a way I see! It probably will, it seems like it'll deal with the Ascendancy a bit what with Eli coming back so it'll be interesting to see what happens --Lewisr (talk) 18:33, March 25, 2019 (UTC)
        • Maybe, depends what this supposed dire warning is about --Lewisr (talk) 18:38, March 25, 2019 (UTC)
          • Yeah almost close to 0 chance that its Snoke, no doubt he'd be a threat but I don't think they'll be giving too much away on him just yet --Lewisr (talk) 18:47, March 25, 2019 (UTC)
            • I wouldn't expect too much from it, we probably won't learn too much new about him but its another story so I can't wait! I;m not too fussed over him doing because he was always just something Kylo had to overcome in is quest to rule, but as you say Kylo proved what Vader ultimately couldn't! No worries its completely fine! --Lewisr (talk) 13:02, March 26, 2019 (UTC)
              • Yes a book about Snoke and his rise to power would be nice. I'm sure it would be interesting and seems there could be a lot for the character to do in that amount of time! I imagine at some point we'll get his story, probably in a few years or so --Lewisr (talk) 13:49, March 26, 2019 (UTC)
  • That all sounds like a good idea, no doubt there's probably that much content they could actually do it and I'd love to see it, but I think they'd only do one book --Lewisr (talk) 14:22, March 26, 2019 (UTC)
    • He was almost in the Mortis Arc, there's a deleted scene with him and Bane did you know? He might come into canon one day but it'll be a different kind of character to the Legends one I bet --Lewisr (talk) 14:38, March 26, 2019 (UTC)
      • For sure we will yes. Yeah I did see, its no surprise if they do that era but it will be cool to see it onscreen, can't wait! --Lewisr (talk) 18:19, March 26, 2019 (UTC)
        • Yeah no chance on current Battlefront lmao, maybe on the next game we might see something if indeed that is why they're doing in their films --Lewisr (talk) 18:49, March 26, 2019 (UTC)
          • We will have to wait and see! Sorry was out --Lewisr (talk) 21:34, March 26, 2019 (UTC)

Hello, you really shouldn't have inuse tags on 7 pages, that seems extremely excessive and you surely aren't working on that many pages at the same time. It'd be best if you made workbenches on your profile where you can work on the pages and not worry about someone else making edits --Lewisr (talk) 15:11, March 29, 2019 (UTC)

  • On your profile add Grysk military and then create the page for example. And then Kimmund for example, hope this helps --Lewisr (talk) 15:18, March 29, 2019 (UTC)
    • Sorry to barge into this conversation, but I was sort of planning to work on Kimmund's article this weekend. I don't want us starting a race on him or anything. So, do you want to take him on or do you mind if I do so?--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 15:43, March 29, 2019 (UTC)
      • Okay. Thanks. I will. Always happy to share thoughts with another Thrawn fan. If you think I'm missing anything important on Kimmund, do drop me a line and I see about fixing it.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 16:12, March 29, 2019 (UTC)
        • I know. There is still a lot I'm planning to do with that article. I barely got started ;) Kimmund is so much fun. Kind of like hanging around with the Hand of Judgment again...--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 18:12, March 29, 2019 (UTC)
          • That was my thought as well when Kimmund and his lot showed up in Alliances. It is nice to see stormtroopers who are not just generic, random opponents to shoot at. I'm actually more familiar with Legends material, but both new Thrawn novels are really nice. Kimmund and his lot were one of the main reasons I liked Alliances very much, actually. The main reason though was because I became a huge fan of Karyn Faro.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 18:30, March 29, 2019 (UTC)
    • Absolutely! The in-unit interaction between Kimmund and his group was fun. As was their relationship with Rukh. I like Faro because there isn't too many high ranking female characters who are there simply because they actually know their jobs well. I especially dislike Arihnda Pryce, because she reminded me of Ysanne Isard. Scheming her way to the top, and backstabbing whoever she thought was getting on the way of her powertrip. Faro doesn't need to do that, she is kind of a female version of Gilad Pellaeon from Legends. Never as clever as Thrawn himself, but with little nudging able to almost keep up with our favourite grand admiral.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 18:45, March 29, 2019 (UTC)
  • Just also a tip, when an article is already a stub Overhaul isn't necessary because it's pretty much redundant.--Vitus InfinitusTalk 15:50, March 29, 2019 (UTC)

Tense 2[]

Thanks for contributing to Wookieepedia! Please be advised that all articles on in-universe topics are written in past tense. Please see the Manual of Style if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks! --Lewisr (talk) 15:14, March 30, 2019 (UTC)

Making An Article[]

Only if its called that specifically in a canon source, otherwise it'll be deleted per the notability policy --Lewisr (talk) 15:09, April 1, 2019 (UTC)

  • No because Emperor's legion is never said in the film, a source literally has to say Emperor's legion or anything similar for a page to be made --Lewisr (talk) 15:13, April 1, 2019 (UTC)
    • Yes but the name Emperor's legion would be conjectural because those 2 words are never spoken next to each other to name the legion, any conjectural name is going to be deleted per the above policy. If you're wanting to make a page then you need to find a source that uses a specific name --Lewisr (talk) 15:19, April 1, 2019 (UTC)

Kimmund[]

Thanks. However, please do not edit Kimmund's article right now. I'm doing an expansion on the factory battle and what you have done now will create an edit conflict that makes my work harder. I didn't mind that BTS, as I said, because I never remember add them, but minor edits are a no-no!--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 18:22, April 1, 2019 (UTC)

  • Okay, I'm done with him now. I feel I didn't do him full justice in the personality and traits, but got some kind of a brainfreeze with that section. Couldn't even find a good lead quote! All the best stuff on that topic seemed to be in the narration. Maybe I'll have a "date" with Tephan next. After Kimmund she had most to do out of the unit.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 17:54, April 3, 2019 (UTC)

Please Respect The Inuse Tag[]

RE: Speculation[]

Wow. You might be asking the wrong person, since I sort of stopped reading NJO after Vector Prime, so all I know about the events of Vong war I've read from Wookieepedia. But if Thrawn had defeated the New Republic soon after the battle of Bilbringi, he would have had the resources from Imperial and Republic worlds at his disposal, and more than that, he would have had the Empire of the Hand and some measure of support from Chiss Ascendancy. So I can't see him needing anything we might classify as superweapon. All he needed was knowledge, information and his own brilliant mind.--Dionne Jinn (Something to say?) 16:14, April 5, 2019 (UTC)

Signature[]

Hello. I've noticed that every time you sign your username, you're producing an incorrect signature that unnecessarily repeats your username, like here. Please be aware that the correct way to sign your username is by simply typing four tildes, like so: ~~~~. Please ask any questions you may have. Thank you. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 20:56, April 24, 2019 (UTC)

  • You might also want to check your user preferences. In the Signature section, you may have something typed into the "Custom signature" box. Just remove anything that's there, which might be the source of your issue. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 21:05, April 24, 2019 (UTC)
    • Don't ignore this. Please go fix your signature. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 23:40, April 25, 2019 (UTC)
      • Since you've decided to ignore this, please consider this message your formal warning regarding this matter: Please adjust your signature accordingly to bring it in line with Wookieepedia's Signature policy. Failure to do so may result in you being blocked from editing. As previously stated, if you need help, we're here to assist you. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 20:12, May 1, 2019 (UTC)

Mokivj[]

I don’t see any issue with putting “truly known as” in Mokivj. It still says that they were unknown, but it puts their name clearly there.--Editoronthewiki (talk) 20:06, April 25, 2019 (UTC)

  • You have written Grysk in the article, so note that if you want it to be a mystery. Also about me having it as “Solha's brother” and not “his.” I just thought that made it more clear and not like “his” meant Dooku having a brother.--Editoronthewiki (talk) 20:41, April 25, 2019 (UTC)

Removing Talk Page Messages[]

Please do not remove messages from talk pages, even if you were the one who left the message or it was a false warning. Thank you. Fan26 (Talk) 15:59, May 1, 2019 (UTC)

You're welcome. I suggest you take a look at the Manual of Style and the Layout Guide for some assistance, they really outline everything. You also might want to mark it with Wip. Fan26 (Talk) 18:31, May 2, 2019 (UTC)

Welcome template[]

Hey, I've noticed on several talk pages of users who've you've welcomed, the border of the welcome message envelops any other messages left on the talk page because the "|}" is missing to close out the welcome. What I'm guessing is happening is that you've just copy-pasted the welcome template up to the signature of whoever left it, and then signed it yourself, creating the glitch. When welcoming users, adding the template can be done with this: . Hope that helps. Fan26 (Talk) 15:11, May 11, 2019 (UTC)

  • You're welcome. Also, you should fix your signature, as Tope told you. Fan26 (Talk) 13:12, May 13, 2019 (UTC)

Signature[]

When you type in your signature, are you typing "~~~~SupremeCommanderRaxus" or "~~~~"? Fan26 (Talk) 04:23, May 14, 2019 (UTC)

  • "First", as in something comes after it? It's just "~~~~". Fan26 (Talk) 13:54, May 14, 2019 (UTC)
  • There's the problem. It's just "~~~~". I don't put "~~~~User:Fan26". Fan26 (Talk) 13:58, May 14, 2019 (UTC)

Warning: Verification[]

Thank you for contributing to Wookieepedia! Please note that at least one of your recent additions added unverified information to a mainspace article. Additions to Wookieepedia's articles must be verifiable by a reliable source per our sourcing policy, and unverified information may be reverted or deleted. Continuing to add unverified information may lead to you being blocked from editing by an administrator. Thank you. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 20:59, May 14, 2019 (UTC)

  • Raxus, you wanted "Appearances", not "Sources.. Fan26 (Talk) 13:42, May 15, 2019 (UTC)
    • No probs! Maybe next time you create an article, write it in a workbench first, and then come ask me to take a look at it. I'd be perfectly willing to give you all the pointers necessary to clean it up, and there'd be no problems with others tagging it with cleanup templates because it's just a subpage. Just a thought. Fan26 (Talk) 13:54, May 15, 2019 (UTC)
      • You're welcome! And again, you don't need to put "~~~~"User:Supreme Commander Raxus" when signing your messages. It's just "~~~~". Fan26 (Talk) 14:00, May 15, 2019 (UTC)

Re:Empire of the Hand Sourcing[]

As you add them, every piece of information should come with a ref note citing the source. Fan26 (Talk) 14:58, May 15, 2019 (UTC)

Climate disruption array workbench[]

Yes, you definitely need more images. The article's too short to reasonably fit them in now, but once it is expanded more should be added. As for the description section, you just described what the climate disruption arrays did. You also need to describe how they looked and such. Also, what you have written there now should be reworded a little. Fan26 (Talk) 13:01, May 22, 2019 (UTC)

Deletion Template[]

Ok, I will next time. 18:09, May 28, 2019 (UTC)

Re: Fanon[]

That's not something you should be issuing a fanon warning for. Leego comes from Alien Exodus, an official canceled Star Wars project. The user you issued this warning to is perfectly well-intentioned in trying to add this information to Wookieepedia, and it's certainly not a fanon creation. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 18:21, May 28, 2019 (UTC)

Sourcebooks[]

Sourcebooks belong in the "Sources" list, not the "Appearances" list. Fan26 (Talk) 15:28, May 29, 2019 (UTC)

  • Do you not have the book? Fan26 (Talk) 18:16, May 29, 2019 (UTC)
    • If you don't have the media, I'd recommend against adding it to Appearances/Sources lists in the future. Fan26 (Talk) 18:20, May 29, 2019 (UTC)

Issuing warnings[]

This is a general notice to you regarding the issuance of proper warnings to other users. In the past several days, I've seen you issue a series of warnings that were either simply wrong or just totally missing the point:

  1. On May 28 you issued a fanon warning to a user who was adding perfectly legitimate information from Alien Exodus
  2. Later on May 28, you issued a sourcing warning to an edit that was clearly intended to be satirical and therefore vandalism
  3. On May 30 you issued a warning to this anon for "removing images," which implies vandalism, when in reality that anon was making a perfectly well-meaning revision to replace what they thought was a Legends image in a Canon article
  4. And now today, on June 4, you issued a fanon warning to an anon who is clearly adding repeat vandalism.

It is important that proper and correct warnings be issued to users when necessary, otherwise we risk scaring off prospective contributors or overlooking troublemakers who need to be blocked. Ultimately, what you're doing is detrimental, and it needs to stop. It's pretty clear to me that you don't have the experience or capability to properly judg e these types of situations, which means you shouldn't even be trying to issue warnings to people. Instead, I would recommend notifying an administrator either on their talk page or on IRC if you believe there is something that needs to be addressed. In any event, if this continues, this may require cutting you off for a while. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 19:05, June 4, 2019 (UTC)

  • Returning to this matter again, this is absolutely not something you should be issuing a vandalism warning for. In all likelihood, that anon simply doesn't understand how IPA works and is making a perfectly well-intentioned, if misguided, edit. A vandalism warning is an extremely heavy-handed measure in any circumstance and should never be misused, for the reasons I've explained above. Reiterating my previous message, you have demonstrated beyond all doubt that you completely lack the ability to properly discern when and how warnings should be issued to other users, so you should absolutely not be attempting to do this yourself and should instead be bringing any concern you may have to an administrator, who is capable of properly judging these situations. As explained, your misapplied warnings are detrimental to Wookieepedia, and it ends here. The next time I see you improperly issuing a warning of any kind, you will be blocked from editing. Consider this your final warning about this. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 18:53, November 18, 2019 (UTC)

Task Force Admonitor[]

Hey Raxus, welcome back to the Wook. Please note that you made several grammatical and formatting errors that had to be fixed in your edit to that page. I'm always willing to provide pointers, but please pay better attention in the future. Fan26 (Talk) 14:47, September 5, 2019 (UTC)

Hello! Yes I would say you can add that, surprised it wasn't already there but all is good --Lewisr (talk) 18:04, September 20, 2019 (UTC)

Hi Raxus. Do you have a reason for reverting this edit? Fan26 (Talk) 16:40, October 10, 2019 (UTC)

  • It doesn't appear explicitly wrong to me. I'm going to undo your revision for now, and message the user as to their source for this. If they can't provide a satisfactory source in, I don't know, a week, we'll remove it again. Fan26 (Talk) 16:47, October 10, 2019 (UTC)

RE: Verify: Ajan Kloss[]

Thank you for responding. However, writing something in an article's talk page doesn't mean it's properly sourced. You need to add a proper source within the article itself, which should ideally be an external link to an official website of this Monopoly game to verify the info. Clone Commando[]

While they had genetic modifications like all clones (such as the inhibitor chips), there is no evidence (especially in canon) to suggest they were "super soldiers." Bad Batch is an exception to this and are not representative of clone commandos as a whole. Unless you can provide a reliable source such as a book or tv episode, I would appreciate you not reverting my edit. I have gotten into several discussions with people who have come here to look for evidence and been mislead by that statement.

FYI, I have found most lore videos on clone commandos to be unreliable at best, and flat wrong at worst. While I am new to editing on Wookiepedia, I am by no means new to Star Wars lore, and am well-versed on clones and clone commandos specifically.

Thanks!--Lorient Avandi (talk) 17:14, October 30, 2019 (UTC)

    • Star Wars is pretty goofy in general so it fits in, its been so long since I listened to the Dark Empire audio drama's. Awesome job though, nice to see Legends stuff still getting love on here --Lewisr (talk) 16:04, November 21, 2019 (UTC)
      • Fair enough, I do quite enjoy some of the Legends stuff I've read/listened to etc so I know how you feel regarding both. It's good that you are, yeah they do but I guess that was always going to happen when the new Canon stuff started coming out. I'm sure you could start a project for that exact thing, the only thing is that not as many people edit the Legends stuff anymore so there might not be a signifcant number of people on board with the project --Lewisr (talk) 16:16, November 21, 2019 (UTC)
        • Yeah exactly haha! But you should definelty keep up with what you're doing, its a start and maybe others will see it and start editing that stuff again, who knows what will happen --Lewisr (talk) 16:34, November 21, 2019 (UTC)

Thrawn edit[]

Hello. Instead of plain edit-warring me, please go back to this low-quality edit and fix it. There are multiple grammatical errors in this single paragraph ("nearly years after Endor", "began secretly made," to name just the first two), and the CSWE reference is just a mess, and fails to use CSWECite. Please address these issues, and in the future, when your edits are reverted as "low quality", please take a second to look at your additions before initiating an edit war. Kijimi Destroyed[]

Yes Kjimi was destroyed and so was Kijimi City, but what the page needs is a reference note saying how we got to the date 35 ABY as obviously the film itself does not say it was destroyed in 35 ABY, if you see what I'm getting at? --Lewisr (talk) 18:38, January 3, 2020 (UTC)

Hey, per the manual of style, please link like impact grenades like I did here and not impact grenades as you did here. Thanks! --Lewisr (talk) 16:25, 5 November 2020 (UTC)

  • Oh, my bad. Honestly, your the first person to mention this to me, sincere apologies, I will take note of this. --Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 16:34, 5 November 2020 (UTC)
    • No worries, its just much easier for you to link the above way since you don't then have to write the thing out twice haha --Lewisr (talk) 16:35, 5 November 2020 (UTC)

Sourcing[]

Hello. Please remember to source your edits. You recently made a number of changes to Alliance Military/Legends without providing any referencing, so could you please fix this? Thank you. VergenceScatter (talk) 16:45, 24 November 2020 (UTC)

Roleplaying books[]

Hey there! Roleplaying books would go in the sources section, in order of the date they were released --Lewisr (talk) 20:06, 24 November 2020 (UTC)

Infoboxes[]

Hello. When adding or changing infoboxes, please make sure that all of the fields have been created. It may be easier to do this if you use source editor instead of visual editor, which can be changed in your preferences. VergenceScatter (talk) 02:09, 2 December 2020 (UTC)

Categories[]

Sorry to bother you again, but please make sure that you alphabetize categories when adding them to pages. Thank you VergenceScatter (talk) 16:08, 4 December 2020 (UTC)

Broken refs[]

Just as an FYI, you have a handful of broken refs on two of your workbench pages that are showing up in an error category. If you do a search for "Cite error" on the page, you should find them. -- Sulfur (talk) 23:51, 7 December 2020 (UTC)

Referencing[]

Hey! Per the sourcing policy, 'References go immediately after punctuation' which you didn't do here, and several other edits I've seen in the past. Please ensure you're placing the punctuation in the right place, thanks! --Lewisr (talk) 16:29, 15 December 2020 (UTC)

Warning: Attribution[]

Thank you for contributing to Wookieepedia! Please note that at least one of your recent additions added unverified information to a mainspace article. Additions to Wookieepedia's articles must be verifiable by a reliable source per our sourcing policy, and unverified information may be reverted or deleted. Continuing to add unverified information may lead to you being blocked from editing by an administrator. Thank you. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 17:13, 21 December 2020 (UTC)

Duplicate vote[]

Hey, Supreme Commander, I'm just letting you know that you've voted for Thrawn twice in the Character of the Year contest. Can you please go back and remove your duplicate vote as soon as possible? CIS roundel Erebus Chronus (talk) 02:52, 29 December 2020 (UTC)

Ion Ring[]

You have a link to "Ion Ring" on your Workbench 9 that you'll want to update to Ionic Ring Ship. SilverSunbird (talk) 20:09, 17 May 2021 (UTC)
