- You're right, it's technically not required for user images by our current policy. However, I felt like no harm would be done if a source was provided anyway, especially considering the possibility someone might want to use the image in an article in the future. - For a topic as large as Grievous/Legends, you need to make sure you cover every single source—from magazines, source books, and other reference material—that came out during the prequel Legends era from 2003 through 2014. Right now, a quick glance at Grievous's current source list tells me that it's incomplete. But if you're confident and believe that it's ready to go, you can simply follow the instructions listed on the FAN page, but, as a word of caution, you should thoroughly check the article before doing so.
