A resistance cell operated in the Occlusion Zone, the region of space controlled by the Nihil pirates during the High Republic Era. At one point, the cell operated from a city until it was destroyed by the Nihil, forcing the cell to go on the run.[1] In 228 BBY,[2] Jedi Knight Vernestra Rwoh undertook a six day on-the-ground rescue mission in Nihil space in which she rescued the cell and successfully brought them to Republic space.[1]

The resistance group was mentioned in the 2024 novel The High Republic: Temptation of the Force, written by Tessa Gratton and published as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase III.[3]
