"She said her husband has settled on the estuary moon of Trask in the system of the gas giant Kol Iben."
Peli Motto, on "Frog Lady"[1]

Trask was an estuary moon orbiting the gas giant Kol Iben. Din Djarin once ferried "Frog Lady" and her spawn to the moon from Tatooine and later encountered Bo-Katan Kryze and her Nite Owls there.

Description[]

Trask was an estuary moon in the Arkanis sector's Kol Iben system. It orbited the gas giant Kol Iben.[1] Trask was a black market port, and its population consisted mostly of Mon Calamari and Quarren[2] that sought to escape the politics of their homeworld, Mon Cala.[3] It featured a series of landing platforms and an inn where Trask Chowder was served. There was a rule for departing ships against ascending into the upper atmosphere inside the harbor zone.[2]

History[]

The Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin took a job to transport a passenger and her spawn to her husband, who had settled on Trask as it was the only world hospitable to their species.[1] As they came into the atmosphere, Djarin had to manually land the Razor Crest with no guidance and as a result crashed into the shallow sea next to the dock. After the ship was pulled out of the water, Djarin paid a Mon Calamari dock worker a thousand credits to fix his ship as he entered the port town. Djarin reunited "Frog Lady" with her husband before entering the local inn. He paid another Mon Calamari server in Calamari Flan for information on where he could find other Mandalorians. He was directed to a Quarren, who offered him passage to meet a group of his people.[2]

Din Djarin and Grogu attempt to part ways with Bo-Katan Kryze's Mandalorians

The Quarren fishermen took Djarin on a fishing vessel under the guise of reuniting him with other Mandalorians, however, this was a ruse to kill Djarin and steal his beskar armor. The fishermen fed Grogu to the mamacore and then attempted to drown Djarin but a group of Mandalorians—Bo-Katan Kryze, Koska Reeves, and Axe Woves—saved them. The trio were on Trask to seize weapons from an Imperial Gozanti freighter to use to retake their homeworld of Mandalore. Djarin agreed to help Kryze with her mission in exchange for information on the Jedi. After successfully capturing the Gozanti freighter, Kryze told Djarin to go to the city of Calodan on the planet Corvus in search of former Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano.[2]

With new knowledge on where to take Grogu, Djarin returned to Frog Lady and Frog Man's home, whom he had watch over Grogu while acquiring the Gozanti freighter with Kryze. Djarin picked up Grogu and returned to the Razor Crest, which had been partially repaired by the dock worker. Djarin, disappointed with the lack of overhaul done to the Razor Crest, decided to return to Nevarro for further repairs. He and Grogu boarded their ship and departed Trask for Nevarro.[2]
