The Third Legion was a legion[1] of clone troopers[2] who fought for the Galactic Republic in a large-scale civil war on the planet Balith. Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi dispatched Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and Clone Captain Rex to assume command of the Third Legion. As such,[1] Skywalker led the legion during the civil war.[2]
