Talpini were a sentient species native to Tal Pi. Weeteef Cyu-Bee, a member of the Partisans, was a member of this species.

Biology and appearance[]

The Talpini were a sentient species of diminutive humanoids native to Tal Pi^[9] located in the Outer Rim.^[10] Talpini possessed a coat of fur and a downturned mouth with at least one row of sharp teeth.^[1] Talpini could have brown,^[2] orange,^[3] pink,^[4] tan,^[5] or lightly colored skin and had^[1] black,^[8] brown,^[6] gray,^[2] orange,^[7] or white colored hair.^[1] The Talpini's small size let them conceal themselves easily among taller beings.^[9]

Zeetar was a Talpini who lived during the High Republic Era. As a member of the Nihil, Zeetar was one of the three Tempest Runners and created several inventions such as the Scav droids and a powersuit to stand at equal footing with Pan Eyta.^[8]

Weeteef Cyu-Bee, a male Talpini, served as one of the most destructive members of the Partisans, led by Saw Gerrera. Cyu-Bee contributed with the Partisans in an extended campaign against the Imperial occupation of Jedha.^[1]

"Steely Carl," a male Talpini, worked as a guard for Oga Garra on the planet Batuu.^[11]
