I would like to suggest that the page for Boba Fett's armor be edited so that it shows both Canon and Legends timelines. Right now it only shows Legends, and the Mandalorian is not apart of the legends timeline. My suggestion is for that to be changed.

  • I'm not quite sure what you mean. This is a canon page, not a Legends page. If you would like to create a legends page, you may do so, but we don't put canon and Legends material on the same page. VergenceScatter (talk) 01:13, 10 December 2020 (UTC)

material[]

is it outrightly said in mandalorian that bobba's armor is beskar? given the dents including the one from cad bane (legends i know) it would imply it is durasteel like the first armor of the mando himself.

  • To my recollection, that information cannot be sourced to its current reference. I have added a fact tag. VergenceScatter (talk) 05:45, 16 December 2020 (UTC)

thanks for that. was annoying to see other sites reference this wiki on it as a plot hole to the dents existance. until we get a canon answer either way its good to leave it with the unknown. 101.167.226.83 02:27, 17 December 2020 (UTC)

I think it is possible that beskar is used for Boba's armor. But did "The Mandalorian" state that explicitly? As others have said, Ultimate Star Wars explains that Jango's armor is made of durasteel; Ultimate Star Wars, New Edition and Star Wars: The Complete Visual Dictionary, New Edition give the same explanation. So until we have new information, shouldn't we follow these? Tomeito (talk) 08:02, 17 April 2021 (UTC)

Beskar Armor[]

Hello I was reading Ultimate Star Wars (which is a canon reference book). And in the category talking about Jango Fet, it is said that his armor is made with a Durasteel alloy. (Page 64)."Equipped to hunt Fett carries a matching pair of blaster pistols. He locates his quarry using his helmet's built-in computer and wears energized armor designed with a durasteel alloy." Image doesn’t show his armour[]

The current image doesn’t actually show his armour very well, payouts can only see his uncovered side and legs. The helmet is the only clear part. Master Coleman Fisto (talk)Master Coleman FistoMaster Coleman Fisto (talk)

New name and article[]

Shouldn't this article be titled "Fett's armor", or something instead? Because the armor was originally Jango's before it was later passed on to his son, Boba, who repainted it. And shouldn't there also be a Legends article too? Just like the Skywalker lightsaber, it was originally owned by Anakin before being passed on to his son, Luke. --Rocket Retro Reed (talk) 15:21, 15 August 2021 (UTC)

  • A source has specifically identified this as "Boba Fett's armor" so the name should not be changed. As for the Legends page, it's just that no one has gotten around to creating it yet. VergenceScatter (talk) 16:46, 15 August 2021 (UTC)

Beskar Armor!.[]

The armor was confirmed to be made out of Baskar in The Book of Boba Fett Chapter 4: The Gathering Storm.Unsigned comment by LiverpoolKnut (talk • contribs).

  • The armor was also confirmed to be made of durasteel, per Star Wars: The Complete Visual Dictionary, New Edition. Both are canonical facts. JRT2010 (talk) 23:52, 22 January 2022 (UTC)
    • i think the armor being made out of Durasteel has been retconned. LiverpoolKnut (talk) 01:17, 23 January 2022 (UTC)
      • As far as I know, it hasn't been confirmed if the armor being made of durasteel has been retconned. Unless a canonical source establishes that the armor is only made of beskar, the information about it being made from durasteel is still a canonical fact. JRT2010 (talk) 00:35, 23 January 2022 (UTC)

Same armor as in Attack of the Clones?[]

Was it ever actually confirmed that Boba's armor set is the same one Jango wears in Attack of the Clones? It seems more likely to me that the green set was just a second set that Jango owned but stopped using in favor of the silver set. If I'm not mistaken this is the case in Legends; Jango wore a green set with a red visor and yellow (later red) pauldrons as Mand'alor, and later set it aside for a better set. The silver set doesn't even have Jaster Mereel's sigil on it, and has way more armor besides. Does anyone have input on this? --Potsk (talk) 01:58, 10 March 2022 (UTC)
