Cavan Scott on the Ghoulactic Horrors of Tales from the Death Star on StarWars.com (backup link) states that Star Wars Adventures: Tales from Vader's Castle takes place around the time of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, the events of which are dated to 1 BBY by Star Wars: Timelines. As Star Wars Adventures: Return to Vader's Castle immediately follows Tales, both series must take place around that year.
- ↑ Star Wars Adventures: Return to Vader's Castle 4 features Sy Snootles after she began working for Jabba. Because her last appearance before working for Jabba was in "Friends and Enemies," the events of which are dated to 20 BBY in Star Wars: Timelines, Star Wars Adventures: Return to Vader's Castle 4 must take place later. Because Star Wars Adventures: Return to Vader's Castle 4 features Jabba the Hutt, whose death Star Wars: Timelines dates to 4 ABY, Star Wars Adventures: Return to Vader's Castle 4 must take place prior to that event as well.
