Speaker of the Assembly was a title held by a male member of the Pantoran Assembly during the Clone Wars, which saw Chi Cho, chairman of Pantora, illegally declaring war against the Talz on Orto Plutonia, Pantora's protectorate planet. Senator Riyo Chuchi, with authorization from the Speaker of the Assembly, petitioned the Jedi Council for an intervention, calling Cho out of order.[1]
