Senior Captain was a military rank used by the Chiss Ascendancy's Expansionary Defense Fleet. A Senior Captain was higher than a commander in a command structure. When Senior Captain Mitth'raw'nuruodo introduced himself as a commander to Jedi General Anakin Skywalker, sky-walker Che'ri assumed he did so to appear less experienced.^[2] Later, during the Imperial Era, Khresh was a Senior Captain.^[1]
