Tech: "I am registering a heat source 200 meters east of here. I suspect it is your domicile."
Adell: "How did you–?"
Echo: "Take us there."
―Romar Adell's attempt to hide the location of his home fails[1]

The Serennian Romar Adell lived in his domicile by the time the Bad Batch arrived on the planet Serenno around 19 BBY. It contained a basement which acted as a repository for several objects that survived the orbital bombardment of Serenno City. In 19 BBY, Echo, Tech and Omega took shelter at the domicile to hide from Imperial forces. The group later left the domicile in search for Dooku's war chest.

Description[]

The residence was located in the upper forest region near Castle Serenno and a city close to it. It was quite small and by the time the Bad Batch arrived on the planet Serenno, the domicile was partly overtaken by nature. The interior of the house contained crates scattered all over the place, a work bench, a rappelling cable, and two stools. The interior of the house also featured a hatch and a ladder that led to a basement which contained many items such as a kaleidoscope and a model two datacore containing fragments of Serennian history, culture, music, and art.[1]

History[]

"Why is your house in the middle of nowhere?"
"Didn't really have a choice once the Empire showed up, but we make do.
"
―Omega and Romar Adell[1]

When the Galactic Empire arrived on Serenno and occupied the planet, they orbitally bombarded Serenno city. Romar Adell managed to flee the destruction along with other city residents and went on to live in the house.[1]

At some point, Adell encountered Tech, Omega, and Echo in the region close to his house. He attempted to scout them thinking that they were Imperials but was spotted by Omega. Tech and Echo asked him if he knew of any shelters nearby. Adell made an effort to lie, however Tech spotted his domicile on his scanner which forced him to show them to his home.[1]

The Bad Batch members then holed up in his home where they had a brief chat about Dooku's war chest. Adell then went to the basement of his house where Omega was ordered by Echo to keep an eye. Adell knowing how bored Omega was decided to give her a kaleidoscope to play with, then headed back to his workbench inside the house with a model two data core which contained a fragment of Serennian history. He asked Tech, who he nicknamed "Ace" to lend him a spanner. Tech was infatuated with the piece of technology and helped the Serennian fix the data core and restore its memory. Adell was overjoyed with this and thanked Tech for his help. Right after, Echo arrived and asked where Omega was. With Tech suspecting she went after Dooku's war chest, Echo immediately left to find Omega with Tech following slowly behind due to his broken leg. Before Tech left, Adell told the clone that he wouldn't get very far with his previously suffered injury, but Tech ignored his advice. Feeling indebted to Tech, Adell followed Tech and left his home.[1]
