Redglass noodles were noodles edible to humans and Mirialans. While in the San Tekka compound on the planet Naboo[1] in 228 BBY,[2] the San Tekka family's kitchens prepared the noodles. The dish was then served at a meal for Nihil General Abediah Viess—who had forcibly taken over the residence following the departure of its patriarchs, Vellis and Marlowe—and her captive, Cair San Tekka, a younger member of the family who engaged in anti-Nihil resistance activities. Sensing Cair was reluctant to dine with her, Viess pushed a plate of redglass noodles toward him, expressing that they were spectacular, though he ignored the offering.[1]

Redglass noodles appeared in the 2024 novel Temptation of the Force, written by Tessa Gratton and published as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase III.[3]
