Q'anah was the native name of an ancient festival celebrated on the planet Asmeru. The festival always fell on the 234th day of the 16th month of the Asmeru calendar. The daughter of a former bodyguard who moved from the Core Worlds planet Brentaal IV took to identifying herself as Q'anah in honor of the festival after arriving on Asmeru. She later became an infamous pirate and used the date of the Q'anah festival, 23416, as the sequence by which she decided which lommite ore cargo containers to rob in convoys in the Greater Seswenna.[1]
