The Origin Tree was a sacred tree located on the planet of Kashyyyk. It was one of, if not the largest tree on the planet. The extremely rare Shyyyo bird was resident to the Origin Tree. Wookiees would climb this tree as a rite of passage, indicating the spiritual connection Wookiees had with the Origin Tree.[1]
