Ooroo Canyon was a location on the planet Ossus mentioned in the Qel-Droma Epics. According to the Epics, the canyon shared its name with the Jedi Master Ooroo, teacher of the Jedi Odan-Urr. After Ooroo's death during the Great Hyperspace War, Odan-Urr supposedly constructed the Great Jedi Library on the canyon to honor a promise made to Ooroo.[1]
