"Ugh. How can you eat those things?"
"HYROOMPH!"
"Well, knock yourself out then."
―Han Solo and Chewbacca[1]

Nerf nuggets was a dish using made using the meat of a nerf. It could be eaten with Corellian buckwheat noodles.[2]

Between 19 BBY and 18 BBY,[3] Clone Force 99 members Hunter and Echo were sent on a job involving the transportation of fifty cases of nerf nuggets. Their teammate Tech did not consider the job a valuable use of their skills.[4]

The Coruscant Underworld bar Urrett's Marque served fried nerf nuggets, and the Wookiee Chewbacca ordered some when he visited the bar with Han Solo hoping to find a smuggling job. Solo found the dish unpleasant, and questioned how Chewbacca could eat them.[1]

In 0 ABY,[5] rebel operatives Luke Skywalker and Nakari Kelen were at a noodle shop to find Sakhet, a Kupohan who provided intelligence services. In order to indicate their intent of utilizing these services as opposed to merely buying food, the pair were to order the Corellian buckwheat noodles with rancor sauce. Skywalker and Kelen both found this idea to be repulsive, and were relieved when they were simply served nerf nuggets with their noodles instead.[2]

  3. Per the reasoning here, the seventh and eighth episodes of The Bad Batch Season 2, "The Clone Conspiracy" and "Truth and Consequences," can be placed in 18 BBY. Therefore, all Season 2 episodes proceeding "The Clone Conspiracy" occur between 19 BBY, which features the end of The Bad Batch Season 1 according to Star Wars: Timelines, and 18 BBY. The Galactic Empire, the formation of which Star Wars: Timelines dates to 19 BBY, sent Mayday's squad to Barton IV over a year prior to the events of the twelfth episode, "The Outpost." As it occurs over a year into the Imperial Era and is set shortly after the events of "Truth and Consequences," the events of "The Outpost" occur around 18 BBY. Following that logic, the ninth through eleventh episodes ("The Crossing" through "Metamorphosis") are also set around 18 BBY because they occur between the events of "Truth and Consequences" and "The Outpost." Finally, all season 2 episodes set after "The Outpost" occur shortly after its events, thereby placing those episodes around 18 BBY as well.
