The Necropolis was a junk planet[2] located in the Outer Rim Territories. It was connected to the worlds of Rattatak and Ponemah Terminal by a hyperspace route.[1] During their journey to find Jedi Master Luke Skywalker, Rey, Chewbacca, and R2-D2 were forced to land on Necropolis after a mechanical issue.[2]
