The Mountain Clan was a witch clan operating in the mountains of^[1] the Outer Rim Territories^[2] planet Dathomir during the Clone Wars. At the time of the massacre of the Nightsisters by the Confederacy of Independent Systems, the clan was led by a matron who harbored the orphaned Nightsister Morgan Elsbeth.^[1]

Society and culture[]

The Mountain Clan followed a more non-violent and non-confrontational path than the Nightsisters. They practiced not seeking out their enemies, and only fought when required to defend themselves.^[1]
