Moonberry juice was a pale pink, vitamin-filled juice made with moonberries that was potable by humans.[2] During the High Republic Era, the club the Uzzu on the planet Coruscant sold the drink.[1] In 230 BBY,[3] the Jedi Padawan Amadeo Azzazzo ordered some of the juice at the Uzzu, thankful he had a few credits with him to do so.[1] In 228 BBY,[4] the Nihil Minister of Information Ghirra Starros drank a glass of moonberry juice while in her cruiser, the Pearl of Faretta, above the planet Hosnian Prime. As she enjoyed its rejuvenating taste, she briefly considered indulging by pairing the refreshment with Hosnian panroot gin later.[2]

Behind the scenes[]

Moonberry juice first appeared in the short story "The Call of Coruscant," written by Lydia Kang and published in the 2023 young-adult anthology The High Republic: Tales of Light and Life as a part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project.[1]
