Mois Parcon was a Nikto of the Kajain'sa'Nikto sub-species. He entered the Outlander Club together with a Human female in a black outfit with plaid stockings just before Zam Wesell ran into the club in 22 BBY. However, neither Mois nor his female companion were seen on the ground floor afterwards.
