Mitker was an individual who served as a captain in the Republic Defense Coalition during the High Republic Era.[1] In 228 BBY,[2] Mitker commanded the Star Cruiser Harmonic and took part in the Galactic Republic and Jedi Order's assault on[1] the Mid Rim[3] planet Naboo in order to liberate it from the Nihil pirates. After Naboo was freed from Nihil rule, Mitker informed Admiral Pevel Kronara that the crew of the Harmonic were to remain on Naboo in the Occlusion Zone to help the crew of the Tractate, who were also remaining.[1]

Mitker appeared as a hologram in the 2024 novel The High Republic: Temptation of the Force, written by Tessa Gratton and published as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase III.[4]
