The Mandalorian Civil Wars were a series of conflicts that the Mandalorian foundling Jango Fett participated in[2] at some point before he was hired by the Sith Lord Darth Tyranus[1] to be the clone template for the Grand Army of the Republic on the moons of Bogden.[3] It was during the wars that Fett first received his distinctive Mandalorian armor.[4]

As Fett died in the First Battle of Geonosis which began the Clone Wars, then the Mandalorian Civil Wars must have taken place prior to that conflict. Furthermore, Age of Republic - Jango Fett 1 depicts Fett in his Mandalorian armor when he was hired by Darth Tyranus, and Bust-Collection-Logo Star Wars Bust Collection 20 (Star Wars Universe: Jango Fett) establishes that Fett first received his armor during the Mandalorian Civil Wars. As such, he must have been hired at some point after the wars.
