Latero, also known as Lateron, were a sentient species from the planet Lateron that possessed four arms. The species had a keen sense of smell.^[1] Marino Pomana was a member of the species who worked as a chef on the planet Begamor.^[2] Greez Dritus, the captain^[1] of the S-161 "Stinger" XL^[4] Stinger Mantis, was a Latero.^[1] The company Latero Spaceworks, creator of the S-161 "Stinger" XL, shared its name with the species.^[4] The Latero Goonral Monshi was a Jedi during the High Republic Era.^[5] The Latero Hap was a chef and owner of Hap's Sap Tap on the planet Tenoo during the High Republic Era.^[4]
