A kinetic-blast rifle,[6] also known as a Mustafar rifle,[7] was a type of long blaster rifle[1] that fired bolts of kinetic energy. They were developed by the Mustafarian species, natives of the planet Mustafar whose skin and exoskeletons could withstand the heat radiated by most common blasters.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
The kinetic-blast rifle first appeared without identification in the 2005 film Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith.[3]
