Horned stoans were a type of creature that lived on the world Batuu. While meditating in the Batuu Jedi temple's meditation chamber[1] around 379 BBY,[2] Jedi Padawan Rooper Nitani reached out with the Force, perceiving the life around her as glowing colors and sensing both a herd of horned stoans and a flock of skylar-birds in the wilds surrounding the temple.[1]
