Honka was a Rodian, known to frequent Dex's Diner in the years leading up to the Clone Wars. He was often accompanied by his female companion, Sidewa.^[1]

In 22 BBY, when Obi-Wan Kenobi stopped at the diner to ask Dexter Jettster about a weapon, Honka was one of the customers, sitting in a booth with Sidewa.^[2] In the Rodese his name meant "vital and energetic".^[source?]
