Holowan Mechanicals was a division of Holowan^[3] that manufactured arms^[2] and droids.^[3] Together with Holowan Laboratories,^[6] it developed the controversial IG-series of enforcer and security droids,^[2] as well as a line of assassin droids^[7][4][5] that was largely outlawed in the galaxy.^[8] The division perfected^[9] and manufactured electrostaffs to arm their IG-100 MagnaGuards with.^[2]
