A Grandfather tree was a type of nativity tree native to the planet Oanne. As younger trees, Grandfather trees would initiatlly help Elia-An find their seed-heart to reproduce, but later ceased in this role as they grew older.[1] In 228 BBY,[2] the blight began destroying the trees.[1]
