- "Dray milk. You can live on it. You may question your existence after a few days, but…"
- ―Karis Nemik, to Cassian Andor
Ghoats,[3] also known as Dray, were a species of multi-horned quadruped livestock[2] found on the planet Aldhani. Ghoats were tended to by ghoat-herders, who,[3] by 5 BBY[4] were some of the last remaining locals who still roamed the highlands.[3] While preparing for a heist on an Imperial garrison, a rebel infiltration team maintained a small number of the creatures, subsisting off dray milk for several months.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
Ghoats first appeared in "Aldhani," the fourth episode of the Disney+ television series Andor.[1] They were identified as Dray by name in the following episode.[2]
