Gammy was a male Gamorrean who became the chef at the Jedi academy on Coruscant in Roan Novachez's second year of attendance there. He was the first Gammorean to achieve the rank of Galactic gourmet after he spent years training at some of the finest restaurants on the planet Lamaredd. Despite his established culinary pedigree, most of the students at the academy found his dishes at best barely edible. They included traditional Gamorrean mushrooms, liver and eyeballs.^[1]
