"What is your name?"
"Felzonis. Attendant Felzonis."
―Dedra Meeroa and Felzonis[1]

Felzonis was a human attendant within the Imperial Security Bureau's Investigations department. He was stationed at the bureau's central office on the planet Coruscant. In 5 BBY, Supervisor Dedra Meero found him sleeping at his desk and after waking him ordered that he carry out a Multi-Sector Data Blend. She informed him that the report would need to be confidential, but despite Felzonis's promises of discretion, Meero's rival Supervisor Blevin learned of the Data Blend.

Biography[]

"Hmm. I need a Multi-Sector Data Blend going back two years. They survey pool is Imperial naval bases and repair facilities. I want a record of all missing avionics, comm, navigation, and targeting equipment."
"For which star system?"
"All star systems. Is that a problem?"
―Deedra Meero and Felzonis[1]

Felzonis was a human who served as an attendant in[1] the Investigations branch[3] of the Imperial Security Bureau within the Galactic Empire.[1] He[2] was stationed in the ISB Central Office on the Imperial capital of Coruscant and[1] in 5 BBY[4] was snoozing in a seat behind a reception desk at his station[2] in the ISB datavault when Supervisor Dedra Meero entered the room. Felzonis woke with a start when she addressed him and corrected his tunic when she pointed out that it hung open.[1]

After taking his name, Meero ordered the attendant to run a Multi-Sector Data Blend suverying avionics, comm, navigation, and targeting equipment that had gone missing from Imperial naval bases and repair facilities across all star systems over the past two years. Felzonis promised that the task would not be a problem, after which Meero informed him that the report would also have to be confidential, with a copy sent only to her office. The attendant claimed he could be relied upon for such levels of discretion,[1] but nervously pursed his lips,[2] after which the supervisor ordered him to get on with the task and left.[1]

After reciving the report, Meero put together a document detailing what she believed to be a organized rebel effort to steal highly-restricted Imperial equipment across the galaxy; however, despite Felzonis's promise, her rival Supervisor Blevin became aware of the Data Blend she had requested. He reported this as potentially breaching the Sector Protocols outlined in the ISB Code of Conduct during a meeting of supervisors, pointing out that she had previously been reprimanded for overreach into other supervisor's sectors. Meero used the Imperial Emergency Act to justify her accessing of other sector's data without filing a request or official sanction, ultimately earning the approval of her and Blevin's superior Major Lio Partagaz by explaining her theory.[1]

Personality and traits[]

"I'll need this report kept confidential and a copy sent exclusively to my office. Can I rely on you for that level of discretion?"
"Absolutely. Yes. Can do."
"Will do. Right. Get on with it."
―Dedra Meero and Felzonis[1]

Felzonis was flustered when Meero woke him and did not think to correct his uniform until she pointed it out. He alternated uncertainly between refering to his superior as sir and ma'am and despite his promises of discretion failed to prevent Blevin from learning of his work. Felzonis had dark skin, brown eyes, and black hair.[1]

Equipment[]

"At ease, Attendant."
"Yes, sir. Ma'am. Sir."
"Your tunic."
"Sorry, sir. Ma'am. Sorry."
―Dedra Meero catches Felzonis sleeping[1]

Felzonis wore a light gray Imperial officer's uniform with two blue pips on his rank insignia plaque.[1]
