Felucian Falafel and Hummus Garden Spread is an entrée available at the real-world at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios[1] starting in June 2024.[3] The dish is described as "Chickpea Falafel, Roasted Beet Hummus, and Beet-Tomato-Cucumber Relish topped with Garlic Toum Sauce and served with Grilled Pita."[4] The dish is distinct from the similarly named Felucian Garden Spread, which had faux meatballs instead of falafel. The Felucian Garden Spread was not seen on the Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo menu upon the debut of the Felucian Falafel dish.[4]
