Dark Squadron was an Imperial starfighter squadron of TIE/d "Defender" Multi-Role Starfighters that was active during the Imperial Era and reported to Sith assassin Ochi of Bestoon. After capturing the bounty hunter Beilert Valance, Darth Vader rebuilt the cyborg and placed him in command of the squadron.^[1]
