The Daalang system was a star system[2] located in the Mid Rim at the coordinates Q-12, containing the astronomical object Daalang.[1] Following the Battle of Yavin, an Imperial Navy Immobilizer 418 cruiser trapped the Rebel Alliance ship Desert Jewel in that system. Rebel operatives Luke Skywalker, Nakari Kelen, and R2-D2 were traveling aboard the Desert Jewel with the rescued Givin cryptologist Drusil Bephorin. Following a brief dogfight, Skywalker destroyed the Immobilizer 418 cruiser with a Utheel Rockcrusher Compact Seismic Charge.[2]
