Carver Drow was a human Jedi Master during the High Republic Era. He was the master of Jedi Padawan Celesta Kami and trained on the planet Batuu.[1]
Biography[]
At some point during the High Republic Era, Jedi younglings Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, and Nubs traveled to the Jedi temple on the planet Batuu and trained with Master Drow and his Padawan Celesta Kami. During their time on Batuu, Drow sent the other Jedi to Black Spire Outpost to get tools for a project he was working on involving the natural rock spires on the planet. At the Black Spire Outpost Market, they ran into Ozon Nimbee, who was trying to convince the people of Black Spire to cut down the spires to build a futuristic spaceport. After revealing his scheme to the locals, Nimbee released buzz droids to cut down the spires. Drow would show up to help destroy the buzz droids and oust Nimbee from the planet.[1]
During the youngling's stay on Batuu, Drow demonstrated a new lightsaber technique he was working on. Kai struggled to perform the technique and became discouraged. Drow, sensing the youngling's frustration, brought him to a cave outside of Black Spire Outpost where Kai experienced Force visions of other individuals including Bell Zettifar, Ember, Djovi Resmia, Taborr Val Dorn, and Master Yoda. Kai left the cave understanding that Jedi cannot be perfect and found Drow outside meditating on a rock while waiting.[1]
