Bestine was a city and the capital of Tatooine. Shortly before the Battle of Yavin, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker spent a night in Bestine while on their way to Mos Eisley.[1] The Tusken Raider Reirin encountered a hooded trader selling stolen goods in the city, who offered to get her offworld in exchange for stealing a crystal from a Jawa clan.[2]
