Bad Fran was a humanoid who worked as a bounty hunter for the Haxion Brood crime syndicate.[2]
In 14 BBY, Bad Fran was sent from Ordo Eris by the Haxion Brood to eliminate the Jedi Cal Kestis, but failed and got themselves killed.[2]
