Arkie was an individual who ran a beachfront store[1] near several resorts on[2] the planet[3] Niamos.[1] In 5 BBY,[4] Windi, a human who was staying in a nearby hotel with fellow human Cassian Andor, asked Andor to visit Arkie's when he went out for a walk. When Andor said that he planned to go in the opposite direction, she informed him that Arkie had new flavors and requested that he also purchase Peezos and green Revnog, as they were out of both. Andor agreed but was arrested by the Galactic Empire outside of Arkie's before he could enter.[1]
