"He's just returned from a border dispute on Ansion."
Mace Windu, referring to Obi-Wan Kenobi[3]

Ansion was a planet located in the Mid Rim.[4] A border dispute occurred on Ansion[3] during the Separatist Crisis, which, along with turmoil on the planet Ando, was enough to stagger the galaxy.[5] Ansion was connected via hyperspace route to the planets Keitum, Glee Anselm, Namadii, Rago,[1] and Benath.[6]

Behind the scenes[]

Ansion first appeared in The Approaching Storm, a Star Wars Legends novel written by Alan Dean Foster as a tie-in to the 2002 film Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones[7] and released on January 29, 2002.[8] It became canon when it was mentioned in the aforementioned film.[3]
