Alluv Eyam was a Neimoidian politician who served as Cato Neimoidia's minister of defense during the Clone Wars. In 22 BBY, following the Cadesura disaster in the capital city Zarra, Eyam negotiated terms with Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi to allow a Galactic Republic-led diplomatic investigation into the incident. Since Cato Neimoidia was officially neutral in the war, Eyam also welcomed an emissary of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Asajj Ventress, who attempted to persuade the minister that Kenobi and the Republic could not be trusted.^[1]
