"Lips" Meyer was a male Gran criminal and resident of Outland Transit Station wanted by the members of Outland Station Sanitary Service Union 233-34 for informing on them in exchange for credits and immunity for his past crimes. In 32 BBY, the bounties posted on him were 2,000 credits alive and 1,000 dead. He was captured by Jango Fett for 2,000 credits while working as a hired gun for Meeko Ghintee.
