History[]
Vs. Hero Killer Arc[]
Sometime during the Hero Work-Studies, Innsmouth and his crew were smuggling goods into Japan when the coast guard caught onto them. They held a fishing boat hostage to throw off the trail of the hero and managed to trap Selkie and some of his crew on the fishing boat. Selkie managed to escape while Froppy and Sirius tracked down the rest of the group. They caught one of Innsmouth's crew hostage forcing Innsmouth himself to attack. He tried to get Froppy to not to tell Selkie's crew where they were, but she refused. He attacked them but was taken out by Selkie when he arrived. All four of them were arrested and imprisoned.
