V'Kir was a male Vulcan who led a sect of Vulcan purists in the 32nd century.
In 3189, V'Kir served as a Peer and chair of the Quorum for the T'Kal-in-ket invoked by Michael Burnham. He was opposed to granting the Federation access to SB-19 data, believing that it could threaten the peace and stability of Ni'Var, and dismissed the scientific evidence Burnham presented that SB-19 did not cause the Burn. He moved to dismiss her challenge, though did not arrive at consensus with the other peers N'Raj and Shira. (DIS: "Unification III")
