Shira was a female Romulo-Vulcan who lived during the 32nd century.
In 3189, Shira represented the Romulo-Vulcan perspective as a Peer in the Quorum convened for Michael Burnham's T'Kal-in-ket. She was open-minded towards Burnham, but questioned her motives in asking for the SB-19 data. During the proceedings, Shira abstained from V'Kir's motion to dismiss the challenge. She also attempted to mediate between V'Kir and N'Raj, which prompted N'Raj to accuse her of "sit[ting] in the middle, trying to be everything and nothing." (DIS: "Unification III")
