The USS Oakland (NCC-75012) was a 24th century California-class Federation starship operated by Starfleet under the command of Captain Amina Ramsey. (LD: "Much Ado About Boimler")
In 2381, the Oakland joined an armada of California-class to defend their sister ship, the Cerritos, from the USS Aledo. After successfully destroying the Aledo, the armada went to Douglas Station. (LD: "The Stars At Night")
The Oakland is presumably named for Oakland, California.
